Description
The presentation will be an overview of the permanent Cedar Rapids Flood Control System being designed and constructed to withstand and similar flood to 2008, along with some lessons learned during out 2016 flood fight of our second highest flood crest on record. Presentation will include technical issues affecting design and sequencing and efforts to make this a recreational and aesthetic amenity.
